We have teamed up with Ajinkya Meher Yoga to you Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa under our experienced and versatile yoga teachers, Richa and Nicole!
- Through our classes you will be able to increase your strength, flexibility, stamina and balance through static and dynamic movements.
- You will be taught postures which will include forward bends, twists, standing and balancing poses, back bends and inversions.
- You will learn correct alignments and breathing through the Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series.
- Work towards reducing stress and freeing your breath with relaxation poses and pranayama.
- These classes are suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners as the postures and poses are modified to your threshold.
