What is it about?
Mixed martial arts is divided into three categories:
Each of these categories represents a form of martial art. MMA coach Rudransh Azad a LIghtweight Yodha Fighting Champion, will take you through and teach you the technique of striking, while keeping Muay Thai and Kickboxing as the primary forms of martial arts.
Along with this, the sessions will include drills from striking related martial arts like Karate and Taekwondo.
Our MMA sessions will be divided into:
- High intensity drills
- Pad work & Shadow boxing
- Body flexibility, movement & flow
- Application of the martial art
